2. Provide clear images of the product, packaging, & invoice for verification.
3. Once approved, ship the product to our return address (shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part).
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
• Partial Refund: If the product is used, opened, or returned after the specified return period (subject to approval).
• No Refund: If the product is returned in an unsellable condition or falls under non-returnable items.

Refunds will be issued via original payment method or as store credit, depending on customer preference.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene & safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personal care and intimate products (e.g., vacuum systems, gym inners, breast pumps, etc.)
• Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts
• Customized or personalized products
• All accessories are final sale and cannot be returned. Only the pump can be returned, & a refund will be issued as per product conditions. Accessories are hygienic & used in sensitive areas, so they cannot be resold.
• After return, we will destroy the product within 3 days due to germs and cleaning concerns. The product’s bag will also not be returned.
