Return & Refund Policy – PrivateGym.pk

At PrivateGym.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high quality products
and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please
review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
• The product is in its original condition with all included accessories and documentation.
• The item is not listed under the Non-Returnable Items section of this policy.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or refund.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Support Team by email at info@privategym.pk (preferred) or
WhatsApp at +92 300 9643280.
2. Provide your Order Number along with clear photographs of:
◦ The product
◦ Product packaging
◦ Original invoice
3. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions.
4. Ship the product to our designated return address.
Unless the return is due to our mistake (incorrect, defective, or damaged product), the customer is
responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Inspection Process
After receiving the returned product:
• Our quality control team will inspect the product to verify that it has not been used.
• Returned pumps may be tested to confirm they remain in original working condition.
• Inspection normally takes 2–5 business days after delivery.
Once the inspection is completed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
request.
4. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined after inspection.
Full Refund
A full refund may be issued if:
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• The returned product is approved after inspection and meets all return requirements.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be granted, at our sole discretion, if:
• The product packaging is damaged.
• Minor accessories are missing.
• The returned item does not fully meet our return requirements but is still eligible for partial
compensation.
No Refund
Refunds will not be issued if:
• The returned product shows signs of use.
• The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• The product is returned in an unsellable condition.
• The product belongs to the Non-Returnable Items category.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method
whenever possible. Store credit may also be offered where applicable.
Shipping charges, COD fees, payment processing fees, customs duties, and taxes are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• All Vacuum System Rings
• All Cylinders
• Loading Cones
• All Sleeves and Bushings
• Carry Bags
• Manual Connection Pipes
• Breast Pump accessories
• Gym Inner products
• Personal care and intimate use products
• Customized or personalized products
• Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales
• Any accessory sold separately
These items come into direct contact with sensitive areas of the body and cannot be restocked or
resold once supplied.
Returned intimate-use products will be disposed of according to our internal hygiene procedures
and will not be returned to inventory.
6. Pump Return Eligibility
Only Pump Units are eligible for return.
To qualify:
• The pump must be unused.
• The pump must be returned in its original packaging.
• All supplied components must be included.
• The pump must successfully pass our inspection process.
If approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to this policy.
7. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only when:
• The product is unused.
• The product remains in its original packaging.
• The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the exchange is required because
of our error.
Used products are not eligible for exchange.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead follow this Return &
Refund Policy.
