orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below.
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, COD, or order verification.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During promotional campaigns or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods
We use trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Available shipping methods may include:
• Pakistan Post
• TCS
• M&P Courier
• Leopard Courier
• Other approved courier partners
• DHL, Fedex only for international shipping Charges apply.
The courier service may vary depending on your location and product availability
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
Within Pakistan
• Major Cities: 2–5 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days
International Orders
International delivery usually takes 5–15 Business Days, depending on:
• Destination country
• Customs clearance
• Airline schedules
• Local courier services
Delivery times are estimates as per courier company SOPs only, and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
• Delivery location
• Product weight
• Package dimensions
• Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on our
website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
• A tracking number (where available)
• Courier details
• Shipment confirmation by Email, SMS, or WhatsApp
Customers can use the tracking number to monitor their shipment directly through the courier’s
website.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
PrivateGym.pk is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges
resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the package, additional
shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts by the courier:
• The shipment may be returned to PrivateGym.pk.
• Re shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the failure resulted from
our error.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographs of:
◦ The shipping package
◦ Product
◦ Shipping label
◦ Invoice
We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments:
• Import duties
• Customs clearance charges
• VAT
• Local taxes
are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
PrivateGym.pk has no control over customs procedures or charges imposed by the destination
country.
10. Delivery Delays
Although we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances
beyond our control, including:
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Customs inspections
• Airline delays
• Natural disasters
• Political situations
• Courier service disruptions
PrivateGym.pk shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or
events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific countries due to local laws, customs
regulations, or carrier restrictions.
PrivateGym.pk reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipments where delivery is not legally
permitted.
